This week's song is Holiday from Real by Jack's Mannequin. However, I chose the a cappella version.
I like Jack's Mannequin but didn't really get into them until recently. I did my usual search of the discography and came upon this absolute masterpiece... To me it's great to hear real voices and real harmonies and perfect pitches that didn't happen with all sorts of ridiculous technological things. Admittedly, no voice is perfect, and I'm sure to record this, there was some tweaks here and there. But to me, it's just one hell of a take on an already great song. Enjoy!
